Key Responsibilities:
· Overall operational and continuity owner of the ICT infrastructure in a co-managed model.
- Acts as Infrastructure Service Owner
- Primary owner of Disaster Recovery (DR) and BCP technical preparedness
- Reviews and approves infrastructure-related changes prior to CAB
- Vendor technical coordination and SLA review
- Oversight of patching, backup, and monitoring activities performed by external providers
- Capacity planning review and infrastructure improvement planning
- Ownership of CMDB governance and asset lifecycle policy
- Escalation point for major incidents
- Supports audits and regulatory inspections (ICT, DORA-related)
Qualifications:
· University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
· Minimum 6–8 years of experience in IT infrastructure or operations.
· At least 2–3 years of team leadership or senior operational role experience.
· Practical experience with: Virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware or equivalent), Windows and/or Linux server environments, Backup and disaster recovery concepts, Infrastructure monitoring tools, Vendor coordination.
· Experience in infrastructure monitoring and incident handling.
· Professional working proficiency in English.
