We are currently supporting a global manufacturer of construction machinery in the recruitment of a Business Development Manager responsible for developing the telehandler segment across Central and Eastern Europe. The role combines sales responsibility, market development and close cooperation with dealers and end customers in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
Tasks:
• Development and execution of sales strategy for telehandlers (telescopic handlers) across Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Romania and Serbia
• Active acquisition of new customers and expansion of existing accounts (end users and dealer network)
• Building and managing long-term relationships with dealers, including performance monitoring and development support
• Providing technical consultation and product support tailored to customer needs and applications
• Market analysis, identification of growth opportunities and monitoring of competitor activities
• Regular reporting of sales pipeline, forecasts and business activities
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales of telehandlers (telescopic handlers)
• Strong understanding of dealer-based sales models and regional market dynamics
• Ability to combine commercial and technical discussions with customers
• High level of independence, ownership and result-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel extensively across assigned region
• Valid driving licence and good command of English (B1/B2 level)
