  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to closing agreements, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to align client needs with tailored staffing solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic sales initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within technical sales sectors.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport across diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and achieve business targets.
  • Proficiency in English; B2 efficiency
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Relevant educational background in technical software, or related fields is preferred.
