(Senior) Pitch & Marketing Coordinator – German & English (m/f/d)

For an international professional services organisation, we are looking for a Pitch & Marketing Coordinator with German and English.

This is not a sales role. You will support an international team in preparing pitches, presentations and marketing materials for clients, as well as coordinating information needed for various client and marketing projects.

It’s a great opportunity for someone who already has some experience in marketing, business support, proposals or a similar area and would like to develop further in an international environment.

• Supporting the preparation of pitches, proposals, presentations and client materials.
• Researching and collecting information needed for proposals and presentations.
• Preparing and updating marketing materials, templates and internal content.
• Supporting the coordination of client events and other marketing initiatives.
• Preparing materials and information for client meetings.
• Supporting internal communication activities.
• Updating client and project-related information in internal systems.
• Cooperating with colleagues and stakeholders across different international teams.

• Previous experience in marketing, proposals, pitches or business development support, ideally gained within a professional services, consulting, advisory or similarly complex international environment.
• Fluent German and English, including excellent written communication skills.
• Experience preparing professional presentations, proposals, marketing materials or other client-facing content.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong editing and/or proofreading skills.
• Ability to research, structure and present complex information in a clear and professional way.
• Confidence in working with senior stakeholders in an international environment.
• Proactive, collaborative and solution-oriented approach.
