Benefits & Mobility Specialist (EMEA) (F/M/D) We are looking for a Benefits & Mobility Specialist (F/M/D) to join an international organization and support employee benefits and mobility-related processes across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who is well-organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working with HR teams across different countries.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration and coordination of employee benefits programs across the EMEA region.
- Maintain and update employee benefits data and documentation.
- Collaborate with local HR teams and external benefits providers.
- Take part in benefits market reviews and benchmarking activities.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Support benefits-related pay transparency initiatives.
- Assist with international mobility and immigration processes.
- Coordinate communication with employees and monitor case progress.
- Prepare reports, analyses, and documentation related to benefits and mobility programs.
Profile
- Several years of experience in HR, employee benefits, or Compensation & Benefits.
- Experience gained in an international environment.
- Good understanding of employee benefits processes and practices.
- Interest in international mobility and HR compliance topics.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail.
- Analytical mindset and confidence in working with data.
- Fluent English.
