Fulfilling the information obligations, in accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (abbreviated as "GDPR"), HRK S.A. provides this information: 1. The controller of your personal data submitted via this form is HRK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (00-095), Pl. Bankowy 2; 2. Correspondence regarding issues related to the protection of personal data should be sent to the Data Protection Officer appointed by HRK S.A. to the address of the registered office of HRK S.A. or via e-mail to the following e-mail address: iod@hrk.pl 3. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes: a) engagement in the recruitment project, based on the consent granted (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) in the case of applying as part of a dedicated form for a specific project, b) engagement in future recruitment projects by placing the data in the candidates database, based on the consent granted (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) - applies to candidates who have given a separate consent for the above purpose or use the general form to place their data in the candidate database, c) to achieve the legitimate interest of the controller in the scope of data obtained from you during the recruitment project in connection with checking your skills and abilities needed for work. The basis for the processing of this data is our legitimate interest (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR), d) to achieve the legitimate interest of the controller in the establishing, investigating and defending against claims in connection with participation in recruitment processes (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR), e) to achieve the legitimate interest of the controller in the field of marketing activities, in particular sending commercial information to the indicated e-mail address (legal basis: Article 6 paragraph 1 letter "f" of the GDPR) - applies to persons who have agreed to receive commercial information from HRK, in accordance with Article 10 paragraph 2 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services. 4. HRK S.A. will transfer your personal data to other recipients that provide services or goods to HRK S.A. and to which HRK has entrusted the processing of personal data in accordance with Article 28 of the GDPR, e.g. providers of IT services. In addition, HRK S.A. will share your personal data with other recipients, unless such an obligation results from legal provisions. The personal data will not be transferred to third countries and international organizations. 5. The data will be processed: to the extent indicated in point a for the time necessary to carry out the recruitment project, to the extent indicated in point b, until the consent is withdrawn, to the extent indicated in point c for the duration of participation in the recruitment project to the extent indicated in point d for the period of limitation of claims arising from legal provisions, as well as for the time in which the provisions require us to store data, to the extent indicated in point e until the consent is withdrawn or until the objection to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is raised. 6. You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, you have the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection based in Warsaw, ul. Stawki 2, if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to our mailing address or e-mail address iod@hrk.pl Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. 7. Providing your personal data is not obligatory but necessary to achieve the above-mentioned purposes. 8.
